The Magician
Card 1 - The Magician

Card Nicknames: The Magician is usually just called the Magician, although it could be called the success or skill card.

Short meaning: The Magician is someone with extraordinary skill or talent, someone with a lot of tools in his toolkit.

Full meaning: The Magician card represents a talented person with skills, abilities, originality, determination, and initiative. The Magician has the willpower and confidence to complete projects and deal with obstacles. He may also have good concentration, control, and organization, perhaps even psychic ability.

This card could also represent a new life-changing cycle or project which will most likely be successful.

The Magician Reversed
A reversed Magician card could indicate failure, deceit, abuse of power, unreliable friends, or humiliation. It may also mean the lack of skills (such as concentration and initiative) to succeed.
